About Me

Mirror Minds – Wings of Neurodiversity is a counseling and therapy center dedicated to emotional wellbeing, autism, and ADHD support. Founded and led by GS Rao, Counseling Psychologist and Emotional Wellbeing Navigator, the center offers structured, evidence-based counseling and child-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
At Mirror Minds, we work with children, adolescents, parents, and adults to strengthen emotional regulation, behavior, communication, academic functioning, and essential life skills. Our approach is practical and outcome-oriented—focused on clarity, consistency, and compassionate guidance. We do not work around labels; we work toward real-world improvement and functional progress.
GS Rao’s professional work is grounded in psychological science, applied counseling methods, and structured therapeutic frameworks rather than quick fixes or assumptions. In addition to counseling and therapy services, he is actively involved in psychology teaching, academic mentoring, and psychology-based writing, supporting students preparing for competitive examinations such as TET, DSC, TET cum TRT, and APSET.
Therapeutic services at Mirror Minds include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for emotional and behavioral concerns, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) for understanding long-standing thought and behavior patterns. Every intervention is planned with measurable goals, ethical practice, and sustainable progress at its core.
